This is a major problem...
Her braids in appearance is 2-3 months old, but she just got her braids done.?? The most important thing to do in braiding is to hide or tuck away your clients natural hair into the synthetic hair when braiding. It doesn't matter if the clients hair is black and the braids are black. You are ensuring protection of the clients natural hair in the braids and the longevity of the braids. By not doing this skill, you will guarantee the braids to look a fuzzy mess. This client hasn't even washed, styled nor slept in her braids yet. It already looks like it needs to be taken out. Take a look at my client with afro textured dark hair. Her braids are a lighter than her hair color. Are you able to find her hair exposed on the tops of the braids?? The piano effect is an effect we don't want and is easy remedied if research was done on youtube. Simple as that. We want our clients braids to last as long as they can, with the visual appearance of beauty. So when they do age, wear and tear through styling, sleeping, and washing their hair. It will still look immensely better visually than the pictures to the left.
