Mayday Mayday....This step is very important!
You can ruin all the hours spent braiding your clients hair and ruin customer experience, if you don't take this vital step. This ensures that chemicals used to make plastic into braiding hair is removed. Remember the hair lays on your scalp and face, so if you are a sensitive person this would not turn out good for you.
I wash my clients braids in a 3 step process using, white vinegar, tea tree oil and natural disinfectant liquid. Everything is washed out and the braids are hung to dry in the sun light. I have found this as the best solution in preventing itching or allergic reactions.
If I had a client who still got a bit itching, there are a few options that I also have up my sleeves that solves the problem immediately.
Your braiding experience is very important to me, so ensuring all my "i's" are dotted and "t's" are crossed matters. This is what I would want for my braiding session.
So you are well taken care of, cant wait! to see you in my chair :)
Smooches,
Jay :)
