When you book in for your appointment and you have to take a picture of your hair length. You should have an idea on whether you need to choose an add-on for extra length, depending on how long your hair is.
All knotless braids is done at the standard length mid back, which is at your bra strap.
So if your hair length falls below your bra strap, you know what you should choose. If I feel you may not need that add-on, I will make the changes to your booking. This is why the virtual picture of your hair length is important. It lets me see what you’re working with, so I know what to expect when you walk through my door.
Afro textured or curly hair are deceiving, as curls naturally shorten the hair length. Once blown out or straightened, that’s when we know your actual length. Or simply pull some hair down your back to see how far it goes. You can get someone to do this for you as well.
If you have mid back or shorter natural hair, then you can sit pretty. You do not have to choose an Add-on for extra length unless you want to. This means the price is the price, as add-on haa an extra charge for the extra time it takes.
